For the upcoming season, I hope to work hard and push myself behind the scenes so that when it comes to game situations I am prepared. I look forward to my team and I playing well and having a lot of success in league, districts and even the states. My goal is not to let older players intimidate me, and to show them that i am not just a freshman. In the classroom, I hope to maintain a 4.0 GPA and continue to be a devoted student-athlete.
I have lived in the small town of Dunmore, Pennsylvania my whole life. It is one of the best atmospheres in the area. Since it is so small, 9 square miles, everyone knows everyone, and everyone supports all the sports. For example, last year when our Lady Bucks Basketball Team went to the state championship, I am pretty sure our whole town was there. Also, in the fall, everyone supports our football team.
I think with my height, that my ball handling and shooting abilities are a big attribute. Since someone will look at me and put their post to guard me. My sister graduated from Dunmore High School last year, and will continue her basketball career with a full scholarship to play on the women’s basketball team at Rider University in New Jersey. My Mother, played basketball at Franklin&Marshall College, and was an All-American her senior year. After That, she played professionally in England for the Sheffield Hatters
