iExcel club director and coach Walter Welch is at the top of the list in terms of developing prospects, coaching and organizing a program. After putting out 12 division one prospects in the 2016 class this years team is primarily made up of a very solid mix of prospects from the class of 2017. White is a forward prospect with great size at 6-foot-2 that can finish inside and is a high level rebounder. Montagne is a tough New Jersey guard with solid penetrating skills and Sheehan is a big guard/forward with a consistent perimeter game and the ability to play physical and finish inside. Nixon is one of the top 2018 guard prospects in the country with her elite size, ball handling and very high basketball IQ. On the recruiting trials Deoul a 6-foot-2 junior post from New York  is committed to George Mason University. This years team will begin the NCAA live period at the ASGR HoopFest in Boston,MA April 15-17 2016.

The North Tartan girls basketball booster club is based out of the Oakdale , Minnesota area but draws prospects from all over the mid west region. Program director Bill Larson is a major player in the women’s grassroots basketball community being a member of the USA Basketball Committee, a McDonald’s All American Voting Committee member and a member of the  Amateur Athletics Union Girls basketball executive committee. This seasons team will compete at the highest level in the Nike EYBL league. Moschkau is a true wing-guard prospect at 6-foot-2, Hayes is solid post committed to Florida. Big guard Ranke has already verbally committed to Kansas State, and junior Rodson is headed to Wisconsin Green Bay.

The Vegas Bulldogs travel club is a nonprofit organization established in 1999 by program director Karen Weitz. The club’s top team is mostly comprised of players from the Centennial High School team but the program also have prospects from in and around the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area. Wilmore is a dynamic, athletic guard prospect that is explosive off the dribble and can finish at the rim. Eggleston is a versatile wing with a solid mid-range game in place. Ethridge is a combo guard that thrives in transition, she is also an elite defender. As a memeber of the ASGR League the Bulldogs will start off the season at the ASGR Hoopfest Event in Los Angeles, CA April 15-17 2016.

The New Mexico Heat Elite travel club under the direction of Robert Sanchez is
constantly striving to maintain their position as the premier nonprofit organization for the development of girls basketball in New Mexico and the five surrounding states: Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma and Texas. The club’s goals for the 2016 season are:

  • To compete at the highest level on the Adidas Gauntlet circuit.
  • Play the toughest non gauntlet schedule possible.
  • Develop our players individual skill sets.
  • Help players and parents develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process.”

The New Mexico Heat program is an official member of the Adidas Gauntlet circuit and will enter this season with a team full of division one prospects. Leading the way is Michaela Onyenwere a 6’0″ junior wing from Colorado who is being heavily recruited by Louisville and other top college programs. 2019’s Boswell is a lights out shooter with size at 5-foot-9, Wade is a big wing forward prospect at 6-foot-1 and Bowen is a true post at 6-foot-3 from Colorado. Brown, the only 2018 prospect on the team is an athletic guard from Cibola high school in New Mexico. McDonald’s All American Kylee Shook 6’5 is a New Mexico Heat Elite alumnae, Shook is also committed to Louisville. This years club will start off the NCAA live period at the Adidas Uprising Spring Event in Phoenix, Arizona April 15-17 2016.

The Full Court Hoops travel club is based out of the Buffalo, New York area. Program director Cara Gustafson started the program behind her passion and commitment for helping female basketball players reach their goals. This seasons goal are:”To continue getting better from a skill standpoint. Using our first tournaments as a spring board to prepare of mentally for July.We practice three days out of the week, three hours each practice. Most of our practices are skill based working on fundamentals, shooting, handling and defense. The high school basketball in the west New York area is very weak and the coaches do not prepare these kids or get them better so its our job to fine tune and polish these kids. As well as get them in shape. I have Traiva Breedlove, Charly Hearon and Marissa Hamilton that are drwaing interest from division one schools. My goal by the end of the summer is to get some of my kids offers on the table. I have another kid in Katie Titus who is division one prospect as well. My other kids are division two prospects but do have the ability to play there way into a higher level if they play well.” says Doug Hearon coach of the programs top team. The club will start off the NCAA viewing period at the Capital City Classic Event in District Heights, Maryland April 15-17 2016 and then on to the Boo Williams Spring Event in Hampton, Virginia April 22-24 2016.
